Through play and art, children find their voices.

Every child deserves a space where they can feel safe, seen, and supported. Through art and play, we accompany them in discovering new ways of healing, connection, and self-expression.

OUR PROGRAMS

Programs Specialized all age childrens.

Each Kindergarten has three levels, which are determined by the student’s birth date.

Children’s Counselling program

Our counselling program supports children aged 4 to 12 through a gentle, creative, and developmentally informed approach. Using play therapy, art therapy, and child-friendly techniques, we create a safe space where children can express themselves, explore their feelings, and build healthy coping skills.

How It Works

Initial Parent Consultation:
  • We begin with a parent-only session to understand your child’s needs, strengths, family context, and therapeutic goals.
  • Weekly Child Sessions (45–50 minutes):
  • Children engage in play and creative activities such as drawing, storytelling, sandplay, role-play, puppets, and art materials. These expressive tools help them communicate emotions they may not yet have words for.
Therapeutic Focus Areas:
  • Emotional regulation (managing anger, anxiety, sadness)
  • Social skills and friendships
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Behavioural challenges
  • Adjustment to life changes (separation, school issues, grief, migration, etc.)
  • Trauma-informed support (gentle, paced, and child-centered).
Through guided play and art-making, children learn to:
  • Understand and express their feelings
  • Solve problems in new ways
  • Build resilience and confidence
  • Strengthen communication skills
  • Feel seen, understood, and supported

Building Capacity Program for Neurodiverse Children

Our Building Capacity Program is designed to support neurodiverse children in developing the skills they need to feel confident, understood and empowered in their daily lives.

Through a child-centred and strengths-based approach, we focus on:
  • Social skills: building friendships, communication, turn-taking, problemsolving and navigating social situations with confidence.
  • Cognitive support: helping children develop flexible thinking, planning, emotional insight, and tools for everyday challenges.
  • Emotional support: supporting children to understand, express and regulate their emotions in a safe and gentle way.
To ensure consistent support across all areas of a child’s life, the program also includes:
  • School visits to collaborate with teachers and provide strategies that help the child thrive in their learning environment.
  • Parent psychoeducation, offering guidance, tools and understanding so families feel equipped and supported at home.

Our goal is to build long-lasting skills that help each child feel more capable, connected and confident in their world.
